Information for exhibitors

Terms and conditions

Venue costs vary, however we aim to keep costs as low as possible so the majority of our fayres will be £25 to exhibit.

all payments are non refundable.

we try not to have too many duplicates of each type of business to ensure the exhibitor has custom, whilst also providing variety and choice for our customers.

Public liability insurance is required and we ask exhibitors to share events as much as possible to create a buzz and ensure we get a good footfall on the day.

Each fayre will differ so times may vary and set up information will be provided a few days before the events..

some venues require you to bring your own table. the price is for a space only and does not necessarily include a table unless stated. for retailers and healers, a 6ft space is allocated and for readers/mediums a 4ft space is allocated.

once you have filled in the form we will be in touch to confirm you are able to attend and provide payment instructions. payment is due within 24 hours to confirm your space.

At some venues we may be able to run workshops, these will be a set price of £5 per workshop per customer. let US KNOW IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO FACILITATE A WORKSHOP. THEY ARE A GREAT WAY FOR PEOPLE TO SEE WHAT YOU DO AND SHOWCASE YOUR BUSINESS.

tea and coffee will be available to purchase at £1. lunch is not provided.

Please make us aware of any special requirements and send logos, images and proof of insurance to crystallineeventsandretreats@gmail.com .The more information you can provide, the better so that i can market your business effectively.
